1. SPONSOR
The giveaway is sponsored by Papos GVA ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their immediate family members or members of their household are not eligible to participate.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Method of Entry
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may receive one (1) entry for each $1 USD purchase made through the official giveaway website.
Participants must complete the purchase process and provide all requested information in order for the entry to be valid.

Purchases are not required to enter or win.
B. No-Purchase Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, an eligible participant may submit a handwritten entry containing:

Date of birth;
The name of the giveaway they wish to enter; and
A handwritten statement confirming that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
Mail entries must be placed in a properly addressed envelope and mailed to:

Each mail-in entry must be separately mailed in its own envelope and must be postmarked by [POSTMARK DEADLINE] and received by [RECEIPT DEADLINE].
No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, or mass-produced entries will be accepted.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail.
The Sponsor will award the same number of entries for a valid no-purchase entry as it awards for a corresponding qualifying purchase, subject to the entry limits described above.
5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entries must be complete and submitted through an authorized method during the Giveaway Period.
Entries generated through automated scripts, bots, macros, or other automated means are prohibited and may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to enter using fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized methods.
Multiple accounts created by the same person for the purpose of obtaining additional entries may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that person.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period.
Each eligible entry, regardless of the method of entry, will have an equal chance of being selected.
7. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:

The prize vehicle is awarded as described in the applicable giveaway listing.
The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor, including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title and registration fees, insurance, maintenance, fuel, transportation, and other ownership expenses.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
8. DRAWING
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about [DRAWING DATE] by Sponsor or an independent administrator.
The decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the potential winner are final and binding.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, tax documentation, and any other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [NUMBER] days, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize.
The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes.
Sponsor may be required to report the value of the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities.
11. VEHICLE DELIVERY / TRANSFER
The winner will be responsible for coordinating with Sponsor regarding delivery or pickup of the prize vehicle.

Before the vehicle is transferred, the winner may be required to provide valid identification, proof of insurance, and any other documentation required by applicable law.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising partners, promotional partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, city/state of residence, and statements regarding the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.
If the giveaway is terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before termination.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical failures; website interruptions; telecommunications failures; unauthorized access; or other errors or problems that may affect the administration of the giveaway.
16. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, any disputes arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
